Iridescent Ghost Disco - Halloween Party
2020 has been full of so much scary already that we decided to make some Halloween decor that has all the Halloween fun without the scare. This years collection of Meri Meri Halloween party products were the perfect fit for our vision and fit perfectly with the disco Halloween concept Cindy has been dreaming about for years!
With this party set up we kept the color scheme light and cheery! Paired with some great disco lights, funky music and a little party fog, this party is sure to wow guests of all ages!
We have used the Meri Meri products for the past few years of Halloween parties. While they tend to be a little pricier than your typical party store finds, they are worth the extra as they are always high quality and have amazing designs that truly elevate the event.

Layered plates create a fun disco vibe: Meri Meri mint dinner plates, hologram salad plate and iridescent ghost plates. Layering plates adds so much flair to your table setting and can be perfect if you are serving several courses!
We added varying sizes of disco balls and black, white and silver pumpkins together to blend our halloween and disco themes. These hologram paper cups come with a bat overlay, but we opted to leave them off to fully embrace the disco shine. We added a cute felt coaster, disco stirrer stick and black and white paper straw to complete the style.
The black and white striped footed cake stand brings a playful pop of color when placed amongst the disco ball & pumpkins.. The large velum ghosts look playful and just a little spooky against the iridescent curtain backdrop, making this Halloween set up perfect for a kids party.
Pair these Meri Meri napkins, and plates with this fun mint and gold silverware from Sugar and Cloth. They are high quality but made of plastic so they are perfect when paired with Meri Meri paper products.
Party Balloons:
To create balloons that resembled the iridescent, disco party elements, we used pearlescent white balloons and then added a few bits of mint green, light pink and silver. We love Qualatex balloons and use them whenever possible because they are easy to work with and are biodegradable! Click on pictures below for more product information. I added the black and white striped mylar balloons event though we didn’t use them, they would look really cool with this particular set up, especially if you opt not to use the bats.
