Balloon Arch Tutorial

We were so excited to help the Issaquah High School Dance Team celebrate their final dance performance of the year with some fun & festive balloons.

Balloon Backdrop at Issaquah High School for their Dance Team end of year performances.

This balloon arch was just anchored to a 5’ balloon circle so that it could be brought out into the center of the gym after the performance for photos.

Qualatex Balloons & Balloon Pump

Inflate two same size balloons at once.

Tie the two balloons together after inflating and letting a little of the air out of each one so they are more durable.

When you have two pairs, twist them together to form a balloon quad.

Twist them from the middle and twist around multiple times so they do not easily come undone.

Inflate as many balloons as you need. Make quads out of them.

Use long balloon to attach multiple balloon quads together.

Inside of a balloon cluster connected with a long balloon.

Put most of the balloons into clusters. These have two different sizes of balloon quads.

Create 7-8 balloon cluster. The gold are smaller balloons so the clusters are also smaller.

Add clusters to ring and attach by tying a long balloon. Use balloon glue dots to connect smaller groupings and help connect gaps.
