My sweet little guy is graduating preschool!! As much as I am looking forward to finally having all my kids in school, this milestone is bittersweet, especially since his preschool graduation is only taking place in our home due to Covid. As someone who loves to celebrate and loves family traditions even more, this was a bit of a let down as I had envisioned my son getting to go through the same precious preschool graduation ceremony my daughters experienced. Since we are not getting out of the house much, I was able to pull together a fun little mini thanks to a great free printable set from the blog Onion Rings and Things.

Meri Meri Party and Gifts

These FREE Graduation Party Kit Printables are from the blog Onion Rings and Things. I used the printable party rounds and some strips of black & white printed paper to decorate some glass milk bottles and cupcake toppers. I printed the “Congratulations” banner in 1/2 size so it fit in better with my smaller table set up. I attached the cute tags with to black mini bags and B&W crafters twine to create favor bags, but these could also be used for graduation gifts if you aren’t throwing a party and just giving a gift.

I made the graduation caps for the straws on my Silhouette Cameo cutting machine with a design (#294738) from the Silhouette Design Store. I created the “Class of 2020” (Design #314729) and “I Did It!” (Design #260084) signs and the graduation hat banner from Silhouette Designs (#127991) as well. I used decoupage to add the “2020” design to a wooden box sign and then transfer vinyl to make the “I Did It” sign. The black, silver & white tassel banner and black and white stripped table runner were both re-used from the LUSH Spa Party.

The graduation cap and tassel are actually mine saved from my “01 college graduation, and the black robe is party of big sister’s Halloween costume, but he looks so adorably grown up with them on!

The black globe gives the backdrop a focal point and academic flair and the wooden pedestal plate provides a little warm contrast to the black, white and grey.
