New Years Eve Printable Ideas
Wow, what a year it has been!! In my opinion, ringing in 2021 is VERY worthy of a celebration, even if the celebration looks very different than celebrations of New Years Eves of the past.
For our family, our Thanksgiving and Christmas celebration were different this year, but also contained a lot of happiness and joy. Our hope is that our New Years Eve celebration can feel the same way. I have done a little bit of simple crafting and purchased a few celebratory items for the kids.

One idea Cindy had was to decorate mini champagne bottles to leave for some of her neighbors that they aren’t able to see and leave them on their porch. After drop off, you could even do a virtual toast or outdoor, social distanced toast if your friends live close by.
I have a silhouette cutting machine and utilize their design studio for cuts and printables. To make these, we found these fun Silhouette designs for easy DIY New Years Eve designs. There is a kit for NYE wine bottles, and another for a matching collection of hats, confetti, straws decorations, and food tags and favor envelopes. These designs were made for 2014, so I had to edit one of them and instead created the “Goodbye 2020, Hello 2021” which is an easy edit in the Silhouette software. Anyone can now use the silhouette design store and studio but you will need to download the software if you would like to edit the prints. If you do not want to do that, we have linked other fun printables from etsy below.
The designs were created for full size wine bottles, but edited the size of the wrap label to fit the mini bottles. Since the bottle neck was similar size I didn’t edit the tag size, and maybe it doesn’t look as good, but it is still festive. We added the star from the hat topper to the top of the bottle to make them even more festive.
